Overseas principals use the same investor form. State that you are an overseas investor, the capital band, the mandate and the regions. Packs do not change format because the buyer sits outside the UK.
What you will need
- A UK solicitor who will run AML on a non-UK buyer
- A decision on personal vs company / SPV purchase — see SDLT and SPVs
- Time for funds and ID, not a same-week close because a card looks cheap
