We process personal data to run an investor list, answer contact forms, carry out AML where a deal proceeds, and keep records we are required to keep. Lawful bases are legitimate interests (running a sourcing office) and legal obligation (AML). Consent is used for optional email where the form says so.

What we collect

From the investor form: name, email, mobile, i_am, capital, mandate, regions. From the contact form: name, email, mobile, message. Server logs and a Netlify form post. We do not invent extra profiling categories on this site.

Who we send it to

Form notifications go to hello@iwmiproperty.com via Netlify Forms. Hosting is Netlify. Solicitors, AML providers and insurers receive data only if a deal is instructed. We do not sell the list.

Retention

Investor-list records: until you unsubscribe, then a suppression entry. Instructed-deal AML files: statutory AML period. Contact messages: as needed to reply, then delete or archive.

Rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability where applicable. ICO: IDs publishing this week. You may complain to the ICO.
