What the site is

A public deal-room for investor communications. Sample cards are pack format, not live offers. LIVE cards, when published, are invitations to treat, not offers capable of acceptance on the page.

What we charge

A sourcing fee, on terms in an engagement letter. Website figures including the fees worked example are illustrations. VAT and the fee trigger are set in that letter.

What we are not

Not a lender. Not a financial adviser. Not FCA authorised. Not an insolvency practitioner. Not a shopfront. The registered office is a registered office.

Acceptable use

No scraping of gated material, no false mandates, no use of the forms for anything other than investor or genuine contact communications.
