Order of operations
- Mandate — overseas investor, capital band, product, regions.
- Pack — numbers before a call.
- UK solicitor who will actually onboard a non-UK buyer.
- AML. Then gated address and PDF.
- Personal vs company / SPV, with a tax adviser who is not us.
SDLT, non-resident surcharges and corporate purchase rates move. We will not freeze a percentage on a marketing page. Check GOV.UK at instruction. We do not print a rate here.
